These sessions are designed specifically for home-educated children aged 4 and up. We run mixed-age groups, with a maximum of 6 children per session, supported by two adults, ensuring every child receives plenty of attention and guidanceOur weekly home education woodwork sessions provide a calm, hands-on environment where children of different ages can explore, create, and learn together.
At Smart Hands Studio, we’re proud to support the home education community with creative, hands-on woodwork workshops during the school day. Our workshops offer children a chance to develop practical skills, confidence, and creativity — while enjoying the company of others in a safe, inspiring environment.
Weekly hour long sessions cost £25 per child, with the total price depending on the number of weeks in the half-term. Parents book in advance for a full block of sessions to secure their child’s place. These are drop-and-go sessions — so you can leave your child with us and enjoy a little time for yourself, knowing they are in a safe and engaging space.
